Our Story

Built differently. Growing intentionally.

Living True started in 2022, when Lila McCann, Chris Billingslea and Jennifer Weinberg came together around one shared belief: there had to be a better way to do real estate.

One built on collaboration over competition. Knowledge without ego. Honest advice, creative thinking and relationships that outlast the closing table.

That belief hasn't changed. What's grown is who's living it out. Today, our team includes agents who share those same values and bring their own strengths to the table - starting with Carrie Brooks, whose background in social work shows up in exactly the way you'd hope: she listens first, and she takes care of people.

We're not chasing size for its own sake. We're building a team that does real estate the way we always believed it should be done - together, honestly, and for the long haul.
